Your Learning adopts an ADDIE model for content development services.
The analysis involves analyzing learner profiles and requirements to define the goals and the tasks to be taught. We identify the gap between the present level of knowledge/skills of the learner and the desired competency or behavior that the training intends to impart. We craft an innovative solution to bridge the gap.
In the design phase, we create a detailed structure of the course/training, conceptual design document, and template. We also chalk out the visual design strategy based on the analysis of the nature of the content and use. Once the product design is approved, a prototype is created.
The development phase begins after the client approves the design and the prototype. This is when scripting of content, creation of graphics, and software programming of the solution takes place.
After the product is developed, we help the client roll out the training program. In the implementation phase, we release the final product to the client.
In the evaluation phase, we access the usefulness of the training/course. This is carried out through self-checks and pre-and post-assessments placed in the course, which helps identify the competency, skills, and behavioral changes achieved as a result of our training/course.
